Dad Tries To Save Son With Bone Marrow Drive
10 year old Brandon Rayner from Las Vegas has recently survived a brain tumor - but now he is facing yet another medical illness that could take his life. Brandon is now fighting off leukemia and needs bone marrow to help him survive. In an effort to save his son Moe Rayner has created a bone marrow drive.
“He is my little super trooper,” said Moe Rayner. Moe himself was a trooper during Desert Storm and asked many of his fellow troopers to help him pull everything together. Brandon is collecting business cards to help his cause.
The event held on Tuesday was put together so that people could donate blood to find a match for Brandon and to be a marrow transplant for him. Over 100 people showed up to help save this young boy’s life.
Is Brandon still in need of a bone marrow transplant? If so where can we go to be tested?
